Terms of service

These terms apply to rosune.com and to everything you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. Please read the section on health and safety, because it matters more than the rest.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site, and you must give accurate billing and delivery details.

Health, safety and what this product is

Lumina Pro is a general-wellness device for home use. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Individual experience varies.

Do not use it if you are pregnant, under 18, have a photosensitive condition, have a diagnosed skin disease, or have significant melasma. Speak to your doctor first if you are breastfeeding, take medication that increases sensitivity to light, or have recently had a laser or IPL treatment. Follow the guide: keep the eye covers fitted, no more than one session a day, and never more than twenty minutes. Stop using it and speak to a doctor if your skin reacts.

Orders and prices

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email. Prices are in US dollars and include the items listed at checkout; any duties or import taxes outside the United States are yours to pay.

We try hard to keep prices, descriptions and stock accurate. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price, or is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either correct it with your agreement or cancel and refund you in full. We may limit or refuse an order, for example where we suspect fraud or resale.

Returns

Our sixty-night home trial and everything about refunds is set out in the returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Marketing and video content

Some of the people who appear in our videos are AI-generated presenters, not customers, and their words are our own brand messaging rather than reviews or testimonials. We label that content where it appears.

Our content

The Rosune name, the site design, our photography, video and copy belong to us. You are welcome to share links to the site. Please do not copy, resell or republish our content without permission.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

We stand behind what we sell, and the returns policy is the practical expression of that. Beyond it, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
