Before you write

• Starting a return? Send your order number and we will email a prepaid label. The 60-night trial covers it.
• Where is my order? Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned. Orders leave our US warehouse within one business day and arrive in three to eight.
• Is it right for me? Lumina Pro is a general-wellness device, not a medical one. If you are pregnant, under 18, have a photosensitive or diagnosed skin condition, or take medication that increases light sensitivity, please speak to your doctor first.

We read everything. If you tell us something is wrong, we would rather fix it than argue about it.
