The 60-night home trial

Light therapy is a habit, not a single session, so we give you sixty nights to build it. Use the mask as often as the guide allows. If it has not earned its place in your routine, send it back for a full refund.

What you get

• 60 nights from the day it arrives to decide.
• A prepaid return label, so the return costs you nothing.
• No restocking fee, and no need to explain yourself.
• Used is fine. A trial you cannot use is not a trial. We only ask that the mask, its controller, the eye covers, the straps and the cable all come back.

How to start a return

Email jwkct.sampath@gmail.com with your order number and we will reply with a prepaid label, usually within one business day. Pack the mask in any sturdy box, attach the label, and drop it off.

Your refund

We refund the full amount you paid, to the original payment method, within five business days of the return reaching our warehouse. Your bank may take a few days more to show it. If you paid by an instalment provider such as Shop Pay or PayPal, the refund follows their schedule.

Bundles are refunded as a whole. If you bought a two-pack or three-pack and want to keep one mask, tell us and we will refund the difference between what you paid and the single-mask price.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us within seven days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any shipping you paid. This is in addition to the sixty-night trial, and nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Cancelling before it ships

Orders usually leave the warehouse within one business day. Email us as soon as you can and, if it has not shipped, we will cancel and refund it immediately. If it has already shipped, use the trial instead.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return what you have for a refund and place a new order, so you are not waiting on one before the other.
