Shipping

Every order ships from our United States warehouse, so most customers have the mask in hand within a week.

United States

• Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum.
• Dispatched within one business day. Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next business day.
• Delivery in three to eight business days after dispatch, depending on where you are.

Tracking

You will get an order confirmation straight away, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. If the tracking has not moved after three business days, email us and we will chase it.

Outside the United States

Where international delivery is available, the rate and the estimated time are shown at checkout before you pay. International parcels can take longer, and any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country are payable by you and are not included in the price at checkout.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot change an address once a parcel has left the warehouse. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and either resend it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost to you. Email jwkct.sampath@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the box and its contents.

What is in the box

The mask with its controller, two eye covers, two straps, a USB-C charging cable, a storage pouch and the guide. The box is plain, with no description of the contents on the outside.
